At House Proud Signs we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Please contact us with any questions or concerns, we are here to help.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • Refunds are not offered on custom signs, so please ensure the address and options selected are accurate upon confirming your order.
  • Read the product descriptors carefully. We have included as much information about each product as possible to help our customers make informed choices.
  • House Proud Signs does not offer refunds on naturally occurring characteristics or blemishes in stone or slate.
  • We will replace your item if it arrives damaged or if there was an error in the engraving that was our mistake.
  • Our signs carry a limited 15 year warrantee against cracking, fading or breakage under normal usage. Normal usage refers to signs properly mounted to a wall, residence or building. Unfortunately, our products cannot be guaranteed in the event of vandalism, misuse or improper installation.
  • Any return must be authorized by House Proud Signs before being sent back.

ORDER SHIPPING, TRACKING AND TIMING

  • A $15.00 flat rate is charged for all Cnadaian domestic orders under 10kgs. Packages over 10kgs will be charged a $25.00 shipping fee.
  • Package tracking information is provided for our customers via email.
  • House Proud Signs provides approximate delivery times for all products, and we work hard to meet or better these estimates. If we encounter any problem delivering your order within the time frame provided we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Though we aim for expediency and accuracy, House Proud is not able to guarantee arrival times. Please refer to product delivery windows to ensure enough time is being allowed for your order to arrive. If you have specific time constraints or a rush order is desired please contact us and we will help however possible.
